After placing an order with us, you will receive email notification to confirm that we have received your order details. This email will contain a unique order number, along with the details of the items purchased and the delivery information provided. If you notice any mistakes in the details included within this email or need to make any changes, please contact us immediately to let us know, and quote the order number that you have been given.

When your order has been picked and packed, you will receive a further email to confirm that your items are ready for despatch.

Despatch and delivery times are estimates only, but from our experience the vast majority of orders arrive well within these times. We will always notify customers if there are any circumstances that may affect these estimated times.

Orders placed using Standard Delivery to UK addresses are sent using our tracked courier service. You should expect your order to arrive at the designated delivery address within 2-5 working days of despatch.

We aim to despatch all Standard Delivery orders within 1 working day of being placed, but at particularly busy periods this may take up to 3 working days. You will receive an email confirming the order has been despatched.

For your convenience, Standard Delivery does not require a signature on delivery. So if you’re not in when the delivery arrives, if there is somewhere safe and discreet for the parcel to be left (for instance with the doorman of a block of flats, or within a covered porch with an unlocked door), the driver will leave it for you. If there is no appropriate location, the driver will leave a card or attempt to redeliver on a subsequent day.

On rare occasions delivery can take longer than anticipated due to unforeseen circumstances with our couriers. Manor Framing Ltd will work with our couriers to get your order to you asap, however we cannot be held responsible for any financial loss due to late deliveries. Please also note that the above times are approximate and are not guaranteed.

Please also allow for delays during busier festive periods where delivery times could be much longer.

In an unlikely occasion that the item you have ordered is out of stock, we will email or ring you to let you know the estimated date of dispatch with the option to amend or cancel your order.
